Refunds

Refunds are honored in a case-by-case basis.  In most cases, refunds are credited in the same method payment was made.  In other words, if payment/donation was made by credit card, the credit will be applied back to the same credit card.  


EVENT REGISTRATION

There may be instances when events are cancelled due to inclement weather or some unforeseen circumstances.  While we will do our best to reschedule events, there may be times when an event may be cancelled entirely.  In which case, payments are credited immediately to the registrant.  We guarantee satisfaction at our events.  If for some reason you have issue with the event service you are given, please contact our support staff immediately to discuss the matter.  We will strive to reach an agreement as to how we may be able to compensate you for any hardship you may have suffered at our events.


MERCHANDISE

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.  Refunds are granted only to merchandise returns to our address or hand-delivered to one of our staff.  The merchandise must be in unused and in good re-sellable condition.  Full refunds are granted to any merchandise received defective.  Please contact our support staff before shipping merchandise back to our address.

 

DONATIONS

All donations are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.  Please contact our support staff before shipping the product so we may coordinate receipt of the shipment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
