Using your coupon code during checkout

1. Individuals approved for financial assistance can use the COUPON CODE provided to them to either reduce the cost of or obtain tickets for free.  Please do not share the coupon code with others as these are granted only to those who apply and are approved.
2. Add the ticket(s) to your cart as normal then proceed to checkout when done.
3. At the checkout page, locate the “Have a coupon?” dialog box and click on the link indicated to open the coupon dialog box.

4.  Enter the coupon code in the space provided and click the APPLY COUPON button.

5.  Confirm that the discount was applied to your order.

Instructions for submitting downloadable forms online

1. Download or print the appropriate form from the table above.  Complete the form as indicated and scan or save as a pdf or doc file.  You may also take a picture of the completed form and save as a png, jpg, gif, or tif file.
2. If you already have an LTS account, login through the MY ACCOUNT main menu link.  If you don’t have an account set-up yet, please Register from the same link then log in using the username and password provided during the registration.
3. Select the FILE UPLOADS link from the dashboard menu.
4. Click on the SELECT FILE(S) button to select the file(s), enter your name and the document name or description, then click the UPLOAD FILES button (see image below).  Please allow us at least 48 hours to review your application.  You will be notified by email on the status of your application.  If approved, you will be provided a COUPON CODE that can be applied during checkout.  See the instructions below on how you can use your coupon code.
