Foundation Established 2021
In 2021, Love to Serve Tennis Foundation was founded, marking the beginning of our commitment to serve underrepresented communities through tennis in North Carolina’s Research Triangle area.
A key partner in Love to Serve’s early success has been the Purpose Learning Lab, where Love to Serve has provided weekly tennis instruction as part of their summer camps for the past three years. Engagement with Love to Serve has become a highlight for many families as each year as there is a culminating trip to the Winston-Salem Open Kids Day and qualifying round matches in August.
underrepresented Youth Impacted
LTS is rooted in the mission of the USTA Foundation’s National Junior Tennis and Learning network: to teach tennis, build character, and support education. By providing free access to tennis instruction and academic resources, the program helps children develop skills that will last a lifetime.
LTS has successfully impacted 150+ youth through personalized instruction and sponsored events, demonstrating our growing influence in promoting tennis and wellness in the community.
First Scholarship Awarded
We awarded our first scholarship shortly after LTS was established in 2021, enabling a deserving student to pursue their academic and athletic dreams, exemplifying our dedication to making tennis accessible.
